Bretagne, France

As I mentioned in 2009, we love Bretagne. It is a combination of the sea, the people, the landscape; we feel right at home. This year was special in that my wife and I were alone: no kids (they do grow up after all). But that was all right - we had plenty of fun :-). We started at a new camping place, which was very nice, and eventually ended up in with our friends, the owners of Les Madieres. Below you can see some of the things we did. Have fun (we sure did).

Note: the other galleries are still coming (but oh so slowly ....)

Kerdalo Some compatriots on the camping had found these "fantastic gardens" called Kerdalo in the hamlet of Trédarzec in the Côtes-d'Armor. Obviously we were interested and planned to go there a few days later. As you can see on the first photo (and on many others as well), the wheather was not cooperating very well. While we had little rain, the skies were grey the whole day. Still we had a realy good time and got to talks to the current owner, a very friendly lady who is the daughter of the founder. Highly recommended (in any wheather :-). For visiting information look here (in French). 100 photos
